Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellation terms vary based on the type of service:

  • Full Truck Load: 48 hours advance notice required
  • Part Load: 24 hours advance notice required
  • Express Services: 12 hours advance notice required

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed under the following conditions:

  • Service cancelled within the specified time frame
  • Service not provided due to our operational issues
  • Overcharging or billing errors
  • Damage to goods due to our negligence (subject to investigation)

Refund Process

Our refund process follows these steps:

  • Submit refund request with booking details
  • Our team will review the request within 2-3 business days
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges are non-refundable:

  • Loading and unloading charges if service has commenced
  • Fuel surcharges for partial service completion
  • Third-party charges (tolls, permits) already incurred
  • Cancellations made after the specified time frame

Partial Refunds

In cases where service is partially completed, refunds will be calculated based on:

  • Distance covered vs. total distance
  • Services rendered vs. total services booked
  • Time spent vs. total estimated time

Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with our refund decision:

  • Contact our customer service team within 30 days
  • Provide all relevant documentation and evidence
  • We will review and respond within 5 business days
  • Final decisions will be communicated in writing
