Service Description
Himani Transport Corporation provides:
- Full Truck Load (FTL) transportation services
- Part Load (PTL) transportation services
- Warehousing and logistics solutions
- Containerized vehicle transportation
- Over-dimensional cargo handling
- End-to-end logistics solutions
Booking and Payment
- All bookings must be confirmed in writing or through our online platform
- Payment terms are as agreed upon booking confirmation
- Advance payment may be required for certain services
- Additional charges may apply for special handling or delays
- All prices are subject to change without prior notice
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate pickup and delivery information
- Proper packaging and labeling of goods
- Declaring the correct value and nature of goods
- Obtaining necessary permits and documentation
- Being available at pickup and delivery locations
- Paying all applicable charges on time
Liability and Insurance
- Our liability is limited to the declared value of goods
- We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage
- Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- We are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control
- Fragile items require special handling arrangements
Prohibited Items
We do not transport:
- Hazardous, flammable, or explosive materials
- Illegal or contraband items
- Perishable goods without proper arrangements
- Items exceeding weight or size limitations
- Valuable items without declared value and insurance
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to:
- Natural disasters, weather conditions
- Government regulations or restrictions
- Labor strikes or industrial disputes
- Vehicle breakdowns or accidents
- Any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Dispute Resolution
- All disputes shall be resolved through mutual discussion
- If unresolved, disputes will be subject to arbitration
- The jurisdiction shall be the courts of India
